Pakistan Announces Squads for UAE T20I Tri-Series and Asia Cup 2025

Lahore, 17 August 2025 – The Men’s National Selection Committee has named Pakistan’s 17-member squad for the upcoming UAE T20I Tri-Series and the ACC Asia Cup 2025, scheduled to be held from 29 August to 28 September in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Dubai.

Tri-Series in Sharjah

The tri-nation T20I series will feature Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the UAE, with all matches to be played at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium between August 29 and September 7, 2025.

  • 29 August – Afghanistan vs Pakistan – 7:00 pm local time

  • 30 August – UAE vs Pakistan – 7:00 pm local time

  • 1 September – UAE vs Afghanistan – 7:00 pm local time

  • 2 September – Pakistan vs Afghanistan – 7:00 pm local time

  • 4 September – Pakistan vs UAE – 7:00 pm local time

  • 5 September – Afghanistan vs UAE – 7:00 pm local time

  • 7 September – Final – 7:00 pm local time

ACC Asia Cup 2025

The Asia Cup T20 tournament will take place in Abu Dhabi and Dubai from September 9 to 28, 2025. Pakistan is drawn in Group A, alongside India, Oman, and the UAE.
